Lanhua Sci-Tech Venture’s Dimethyl Ether Plant Becomes Operational in Jincheng

The first-phase 200,000t/y methanol and 100,000t/y dimethyl ether plant of the 1.5mt/y methanol and 1mt/y dimethyl ether project that is funded by Shanxi Lanhua Sci-Tech Venture Co., Ltd. recently became operational in Jincheng City of Shanxi Province. With a total investment of RMB650M, the plant adopts the world’s most advanced two-step technique and is the largest coal-based dimethyl ether plant currently operational in China. Upon start of full operations, Shanxi Lanhua Sci-Tech Venture will earn RMB649M in annual sales income.
