(July 14)--The Ministry of Environmental Protection recently published the ‘Environmental Protection Listing Requirements for Enterprises By Industrial Classification’, requiring that the enterprises in 14 industries, such as chemicals and petrochemicals, will be not allowed to raise funds and list unless they pass the environmental protection examination. The relevant standards provide that companies must meet the national or local discharge standards, obtain discharge licenses, and achieve 100% rate in the safe disposal of industrial solid and hazardous waste.
