Dushanzi Petrochemical Develops PPB Pipeline Material

(June 24)--Since 2004, when Dushanzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. achieved industrialized production of its PPB pipeline material, and until the middle of June 2008, the company has produced more than 50,000t of this type of material and has generated more than RMB500M in output value, at the same time as filling a gap in the Chinese petroleum product industry. The said material, which is used in the manufacturing of cold and hot water pipelines, has recorded performance indicators above the national requirements for daily use drinking water equipment and protection materials, while its added value is far higher than that of common copolypropylene.
